Terms of Service:
 - Conducting a thorough search for suitable job opportunities.
 - Offering guidance on salary, benefits, and working conditions.
 - Submitting the Crew Member’s job application and CV to potential employers while maintaining confidentiality.

 Recruitment and Placement:
 - Ensuring all recruitment costs are covered by the agency.
 - Avoiding discriminatory practices.
 - Maintaining accurate records of recruited crew members.
 - Keeping emergency contact details for vessels.

 Contract/SEA:
 - Ensuring the Crew Member receives their contract/SEA before joining a vessel.
 - Providing necessary and accurate contract information.
 - Ensuring understanding of rights and duties in the contract/SEA.
 - Providing a copy of the signed contract/SEA.

 Travel:
 - Arranging necessary travel arrangements covered by the vessel/client.
 - Not holding the Crew Member liable for visa fees. Information:
 - Allowing Crew Members to request the removal of their personal information from the agency's database.
 - Providing timely and accurate information to Crew Members and their families.

Job Description:
 - Ensuring Crew Members understand job requirements and duties.
 - Advising on specific working conditions and shipowner policies. Confidentiality:
 - Maintaining confidentiality of Crew Member information.

 System of Protection (Insurance):
 - Providing insurance coverage for liabilities within the first two months of placement.

 Crew Member's Responsibilities:
 - Compliance with age requirements.
 - Providing accurate information.
 - Possessing a valid passport, qualifications, and medical certificates.
 - Disclosing medical/physical conditions.
 - Acknowledging agency's non-liability for employment outcomes.
 - Compliance with criminal record checks.
 - Submitting complaints through the agency's procedure.

 Record-Keeping:
 - Keeping contracts on file for at least 5 years for audit purposes.
